Although it is descriptive and therefore doesn't look as complicated but still while dealing with laptop parts it is always better to let the professional do the job because laptop repair is a highly technical work and it is certainly not worth taking a risk with this costly machine.
The manual of EVERY product is going to tell you to fully charge a battery prior to first use. Such batteries are generally not produced with a 'full charge' and you want to be sure the charge is full for calibration of the battery software (i.e. indicator software).
