try to adjust the setup for mouse
Check mouse cable—turn off the laptop power,. Disconnect the cable of mouse, check if it is damaged, then connect the cable stably again.
If the mouse uses extended cable, please disconnect the extended cable and connect your mouse directly to the computer.
If you want to check if the mouse has got some problem, please check the touch pad—
Turn off the power of the computer.
Disconnect the mouse
Turn on the power.
On Windows desktop, use touch pad to move the cursor, select and open one icon.
If the touch pad could work normally, then it might be the problem of mouse.
Please reinstall the driver for touch pad—you can refer to “Reinstall drivers and utilities”
